Because so many of us come into it as a total accident, the last thing you want to do is to quit after just working at one agency.

If you are motivated by commission & enjoy the job, but are struggling to hit the big bucks, it could literally come down to who you work for.

Switch the agency, switch the plan, switch the strategy, and your quality of life, financial reward, and enjoyment of the role could be totally different.

✅ If you find that it's not for you, best find another role asap.

Whether it's going internal or switching careers entirely, this career tends to be a love-hate sorta deal. If you love it, you can sustain and persevere with a smile on your face. But if you don't have love for the game, anything else is a welcome reprieve.

✅ Yet again, recruitment is the career for big monies ($300k+ income) which allows you to invest into real estate.

As an airbnb host and aficionado, Jenn is able to build her portfolio of real estate while doing a job she loves as well in a cycle of revenue and reinvestment.

Now that she's in a position of utter mastery of our profession, she is able to earn serious money while enjoying a manageable workload with a ton of flexibility to grow and develop in other arenas.
